If NYSNA is voted in, it can be harder than you realize to vote them out.
Decertifying a union takes a lot of work. Under federal labor law, you wouldn't even be able to try for
• At least one year after the union is elected
• AND up to three additional years while a union contract is in place
Would you buy a car without taking it for a test drive?
Unfortunately, you don't have that choice when a union wants to represent you.
